Luke Shirah, Owner & Broker

A Georgia native, Luke Shirah moved to Atlanta in 2003 after graduating from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia and spent his first 5 years learning real estate and construction while working in sales for an investment real estate company and managing construction for one of the top-three largest home builders in the nation. All the while, he continued to wonder where the service was in all of these "service" businesses.  In 2008, he felt he could leverage his experience and degree in Management Economics with top-of-the-line software, and bridge the gap he saw in the property management sector between what owners and tenants expected, and the services being rendered.

So, he started a property management company and has been doing it ever since.
