With the oldest park in the city and over 130 acres lined with oak trees and miles of walking and jogging trails, Grant Park provides a peaceful oasis just under two miles from downtown Atlanta.

Surrounded by early 20th century bungelows and Victorian-style homes, the Grant Park neighborhood has maintained its charm and personality while experiencing substanstial growth over the last 100 years. Over the years, Grant Park has become the home to Zoo Atlanta, the Atlanta Cyclorama & Civil War Museum, and the Historic Oakland Cemetary.

In addition to several great coffee shops and restaurants within just a few blocks, Grant Park also offers family-friendly entertainment throughout the year by hosting several of Atlanta’s most popular festivals throughout the year- Summer Shade Arts and Music Festival, Grant Park BBQ and Music Festival, and the Halloween Lantern Parade. After a relaxing weekend and before another long week, residents and visitors alike enjoy walking down to the Grant Park Farmer’s Market each Sunday (April-December) for a variety of produce, breads, coffee, and meats provided by over 60 local vendors.
