Candler Park is a neighborhood in intown Atlanta, in zip code 30307, about 5 minutes east of downtown and just south of Ponce De Leon Avenue. One of Atlanta’s first suburbs and founded as Edgewood in 1890, Candler Park continues to thrive and maintain its personality by way of the diverse mix of business professionals, musicians, and artists that happily coexist in this area of Atlanta.

Home to popular Atlanta favorites-The Flying Biscuit, Fox Bros. BBQ, Youngblood Boutique, and the Edgewood Retail District, there’s no doubt this family friendly neighborhood, focused on walkability and liveability, is full of talented people, great shops, bars, and everything eclectic.

Candler Park Neighborhood Organization puts on an annual festival in Candler Park known as Fall Fest, which attracts over 10,000 people each year, includes a great band line-up, artists’ market, numerous children’s activities, 5K road race, tour of homes, and more. Fall Fest is the most recent in a long tradition of Candler Park festivals. Additionally, residents can also enjoy Freedom Park, one of the largest parks in the city.
